Who am I

Having tried different therapies through my introspection journey, I decided a few years ago to share my knowledge and experience in order to guide people towards feeling better, towards reconnecting to their heart.

I originally trained myself as a Mental Health coach and, as I was always interested in Hypnosis, I decided to go deeper into the field to become a certified Practicionner of Therapeutic Hypnosis.

My relationship with sound runs deep, shaped by a lifelong devotion to music and an intuitive sense for harmony. Raised in rhythm and surrounded by music since childhood, I now channel my sensitivity and precision into Sound Therapy.

My Sound Therapy sessions are subtle, slow, and intentional, designed to support the nervous system, quiet overactive thoughts and open space for altered states of consciousness. Through carefully selected frequencies, tones, and textures, I invite people to reconnect to their emotions and to deeply relax.

I create soothing spaces where I guide you towards deep states of relaxations to (re)connect to your emotions, relax your body, calm your nervous system and essentially, for you to feel more connected to yourself.

After working mostly with women, I realised that a combination of hypnosis & sound for pregnant women wasn’t so common but that the demand was there and that this combination of both practices had a lot of positive effects on the mum and the baby in the wound. Therefore, I decided to specialise into hypnobirthing and to offer private and collective sessions, tailor-made to pregnant women’s needs.

Every month, I also partner with birth Doula Sarah Entwistle to offer to pregnant women a special and powerful prenatal sound journey et hypnobirthing experience within an intimate setting (see the Events tab).
