Who am I
Having tried a few different therapies through my introspection journey, I decided that it was time for me to guide people towards feeling better, to reconnect to their heart in order to find joy in their life again.
I originally trained myself as a Mental Health coach and, as I was always interested in hypnosis, I decided to go deeper into the field and became a certified Hypnotherapist.
My relationship with sound runs deep, shaped by a lifelong devotion to music and an intuitive sense for harmony. Raised in rhythm and surrounded by music since childhood, I now channel my sensitivity and precision into Sound Therapy.
My Sound Therapy sessions are subtle, slow, and intentional, designed to support the nervous system, soften inner noise and open space for altered states of consciousness. Through carefully selected frequencies, tones, and textures, I invite people to reconnect to their emotions and to deeply relax.
My approach is to listen, question to better understand the root of your challenges and to accompany you towards feeling better but above all, I like to bring a touch of gentleness into a calm environment that I provide and where you can be yourself. Where there is no judgment, criticism nor imposed ideas.
