Hypnobirthing & prenatal sound journey @ MySenses Studio (PBerg)

In this group session, hypnobirthing remains general and serves as an introduction (private sessions allow for a deeper exploration as they are tailored to each woman’s needs). The visualisations will be combined with soothing frequencies and harmonies of Tibetan singing bowls to promote deeper relaxation and with the intention that you will feel lighter.

Birth Doula Sarah Entwistle & I will be offering a 3hr Sound Journey & Hypnobirthing Experience at the end of August at the cosy and intimate MySenses Studio in Prenzlauer Berg.
This rich & complete session will cover breathwork exercices, guided visualisations, a deep mind & body relaxation, tools to take home in preparation of the day of the birth, and more.
